An Otsego man who promotes himself as an award-winning adaptive swim instructor is facing criminal sexual material charges in Wright County District Court after a complaint was filed earlier this month.
Blake Beatnik LeSaint, 36, Otsego, owns and operates “Mr. Blake’s Swim Academy.” While the academy’s location isn’t listed, Beatnik reportedly operates at pools around the Twin Cities for children and teens who have various needs, including “recreational therapy, adaptive services, or athletic training, Mr. Blake’s Swim Academy is the award-winning one-stop-shop for all aquatic needs.”
According to the complaint:
LeSaint sent explicit photos and sexual messages to a 15-year-old girl from late Summer 2025 through Spring 2026, using both his real identity and a fake persona named “Taylor” to text with the teen.
The girl’s parents reported messages to police in mid-April, discovering messages that they described as “grooming” and offers of money for things such as pictures and videos.
The complaint adds that LeSaint sent nude photos to the teen, among thousands of other messages. He, additionally, used a burner phone and the name “Taylor” that led investigators back to his use. The complaint adds that the teen’s parents told investigators they had discussed her age with Le Saint, and he was aware she was working toward getting her driver’s license. They also said Le Saint had given the girl gifts for helping babysit his child.
The case remains under investigation, and a warrant has been issued by Wright County for LeSaint’s arrest. He was apprehended on June 12, 2026.
