That event returns Friday night, with a very magical guest.

The Fine Arts Council of St. Michael-Albertville will host professional and amateur talent at 7 p.m. Friday, March 28 at St. Michael-Albertville Middle School West for its Spring Variety Show.

The night will feature host and emcee Fred Baisch, a known magician in the upper Midwest. New Grass Shoes will perform bluegrass, with dance performances from the North Ballet company and a touch of humor from The Clown Arounds.

Cost is just $10 for adults and $5 for youth and seniors, with tickets discounted $2 if purchased in advance at The Marketplace or Coborn’s grocery stores. Tickets are available at the courtesy counters of each store.

Proceeds from this event benefit the Fine Arts Council and the Hanover Food Shelf.
