Where did the summer go? If you are a youth involved with Timber Bay there have been many activities to be a part of. There has been fishing, trips to the zoo, disc golf, biking, swimming, paintball, movies, whitewater rafting, a Twins game and other activities.
Also you’ve had weekend at Timber Bay Camp that you’ll remember the rest of your life. More importantly, there have been caring, adult mentors enjoying these activities with you.
On behalf of all of the youth involved in Timber Bay in Wright County, we would like to thank Wright County Area United Way for their help in making this possible. Over the years you have been a faithful partner in connecting us with the resources we need to be a part of the lives of youth. You direct community dollars to community programs so that it all stays in the community.
This year, as in many others, you directed a grant our way that helps make it possible to put gas in our vans, maintain our vehicles and help youth who are a little financially short to have scholarships for our activities and camps.
