I have three kids, and they have many activities. Just yesterday things got so crazy we forgot to bring my daughter to gymnastics.
One way I remember to get everywhere they need to go is my calendar on my phone. I have an Android phone, so I link to my Google calendar.
Many of the kids activities have Facebook pages with events. These events can be added to your Facebook Calendar. Your Facebook calendar can be linked to your Google calendar that syncs with your phone.
Here are the Steps
Go To Your Events Page
https://www.facebook.com/events/upcoming
Select A Event
Export
Click on the export Event. A dialog box will show. You will want to copy the url so you can paste it into Google calendar.
Open Google Calendar
https://www.google.com/calendar/render
Click Other Calendars Add By URL
Enter your URL
Click on add to calendar
Now your event will show up on your calendar. And on your phone you will get alerts as they show up. And you will not miss your daughters gymnastics practice.
