Did you know our thoughts precede our feelings? Yep! That is correct! If you are feeling overwhelmed or discouraged, you can bet those feelings started with thoughts! If we are feeling like quitting, you need to stop for a minute and ask yourself what thoughts are circulating around in your head. Becoming aware of that internal dialogue is the first step in changing it. If every day you wake up with thoughts of gratitude for the opportunity to fuel your body the right way and embrace the process you are going through as you create health, you will have a much easier, more pleasant, longer lasting experience than if you are white knuckling through every day with thoughts of “I really hate feeling so limited.
