Every year on Memorial Day, Americans honor those who have fallen serving the United States Armed Forces. At CrossFit STMA and many CrossFit boxes around the USA… we have a tradition of teaming up to support the The Murph Challenge . Its a tough workout that pays tribute to the many sacrifices our troops and their families make for our freedom. All proceeds will be donated to the Murph Memorial Scholarship Foundation this year.
