Authorities are urging drivers to slow down due to snow-packed and icy roads along highways, and to move over for tow truck drivers, sheriff’s deputies, police and other first-responders who might be helping along the side of the road.
It’s Minnesota State Law to move into the far lane if there is a stopped emergency vehicle – including tow trucks – along the side of the road.
An employee of Burda’s Towning, owned by Albertville’s Lance Burda, was injured and sent to the hospital for treatment today after this crash, captured by the Minnesota State Patrol in Wright County near the Otsego/Rogers border:
