Help a pooch, kitten or adult pet in need this holiday season.
Pawtastic! Pet Care is holding a holiday pet supply drive for the homeless animals of Ruff Start Rescue. The rescue is in need of grain free cat or dog food, puppy training pads, puppy food, kitten food, clumping cat litter, dog or cat toys, dog or cat treats, collars, leashes, or fleece blankets. Items are being collected through Tuesday, Dec. 22 and can be dropped off at either the St. Michael Vet Clinic in St. Michael or at Travel Leaders in Albertville. Items do not need to be new, but should be in good condition. Items will be picked up and delivered to the rescue in time for Christmas.
Ruff Start Rescue is a non profit, no-kill dog and cat rescue organization that rescues stray, neglected, abandoned, and surrendered animals. They do not have a shelter, as they believe a home environment is far more desirable. They rely exclusively on volunteer’s homes to place the pets until they find their forever home.
