A Monticello teen will serve six months in jail after an incident with a minor led to a criminal conviction.
Anthony Nathaniel Durbin, 19, of Monticello, was sentenced on Sept. 18 for Felony Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree to a stay of execution for ten years on conditions of probation, serve 120 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no contact with victim or victim’s family, submit to a polygraph, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of pornography, have no use or access to the internet unless approved by probation agent, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no contact with females under the age of 18 years, register as a sex offender, undergo a sex offender evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.
