Eastbound Interstate 94 is slowed again this afternoon after a semi-truck and car were involved in an incident just west of Rogers and Highway 101.
One man was being treated for injuries at the scene after his gold sedan was sent into the ditch. The semi was along the right shoulder near the end of the entrance ramp off to Highway 101 and off of Interstate 94.
The area is being surveyed for future construction this week, but crews were not on that side of the roadway when the incident occurred at about 12:40 p.m. Thursday, July 31.
Construction on that stretch of I-94 should hit full stride in mid-August, MnDOT said.
