Randy Kolles passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014 at his home, surrounded by family and friends. He ended a more than four-year fight with a Stage IV brain cancer, which was diagnosed on Christmas Eve day, 2010.
Services are set for 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 2 at St. Albert’s Catholic Church, Albertville. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 1 at the church as well. He will be buried at St. Albertville Cemetery.
Kolles was born on September 17, 1968 in Coon Rapid, the son of Wayne and Mary Lou (Lehn) Kolles.
On June 4, 1994, Randall “Randy” Kolles and Erin Winter were joined in holy marriage in Rogers, Minnesota. The two had five children.
Randy was employed as a civil technician for Ulteig Engineering Firm and was a member of St. Albert’s Catholic Church in Albertville.
Randy is survived by his wife: Erin Kolles; five children: Savannah, Gabrielle, Sophia, Landon and Callan; his parents: Wayne & Mary Lou Kolles; siblings: Bonnie Gilles, Daniel (Lupita) Kolles, Cheryl (Wiley) Hester, Shawn (Jena) Kolles, Rachel (Rich) Kimmerle, Adam (Amy) Kolles and Jared (Natasha) Kolles; grandmother: Eveline Lehn; father-in-law & mother-in-law: Kerry & Cathy Winter; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law: Chelsey (Joe) Hauer and Charley Bach; other relatives and friends.
