Temperatures will drop throughout the day Wednesday, and the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory, as a clipper system rolls out of North Dakota and into Minnesota. Wind chills, or the “feels like” forecast, are forecast to drop down in the 30 to 40-below-zero range.
