A St. Michael business is reeling after a Wednesday morning fire badly damaged its showroom and offices.
According to multiple sources, fire broke out at Bison Thunder Motorcycle of St. Michael, located in the 5300 block of Quam Circle, shortly after 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
Crews arrived quickly, including St. Michael Fire and Rescue, but flames were shooting out of the southern side of the showroom area upon arrival.
STMFD requested aid from multiple departments, including Albertville, Hanover, Elk River, Rogers and Monticello. Ambulance and Wright County Sheriff also assisted, but the building was not occupied at the time, so there were no injuries.
Interior shots posted on social media showed dozens of bikes burned and destroyed. Heavy damage was done to the roof and structure. Many motorcycles were total losses.
