It’s a homecoming tradition in St. Michael-Albertville’s new athletic house.
St. Michael-Albertville’s annual pre-game tailgate, is back for its fifth anniversary. The tailgate benefits the SMTA Coaches Association and celebrates the hard work of STMA athletes.
Coaches and friends will serve up burgers, chips and a drink for just $6 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the activity center parking lot before tonight’s contest vs. the Anoka Tornadoes.
Proceeds from the fundraiser benefit all STMA activities.
There will be music, games and stuff for the entire family. You’re encouraged to come early and get pumped up for the homecoming game.
The Knights football team is 3-1 in Section 5-6A and 3-2 overall. The team’s two losses – including a heartbreaking opening loss to Mounds View – are by a combined eight points.
