A pair of St. Michael businesses are reaching out to the community, looking to help a pair of our own.
Community members Karol and Elmer (Ike) Eichelberg were the victims of a major fire in their home last week.
Representatives from both the Liberty Bar and Restaurant – American Legion Post 567 Restaurant and First American Bank are accepting donations for the Eichelbergs.
Neighbors, friends and witnesses of the fire said the family will have to replace most of their personal belongings after last week’s blaze, which gutted their St. Michael home.
