How about the St. Michael-Albertville Class of 2016 going out with a “BANG?”
The more than 400 students set to join the ranks of STMA High School alumni hit the stage (or at least those who made it to grad rehearsal) for a classic ballon drop recently, and senior Maddie Westendorp caught it on Instagram.
Ceremonies are set for 7 p.m. Friday, June 10 at the STMA High School gym. Those in attendance must have a ticket. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and seating is first come, first serve. Though the building is air conditioned, it does get warm, so dress appropriately.
The ceremony will feature an address by outgoing Superintendent James Behle, as well as performances by the band, wind ensemble, choir and recognition of honor graduates and military enlistees.
