Easter egg hunts and fish fries – already in full swing – are highlighting upcoming events around the STMA, Hanover and Otsego areas.
Here’s a quick look at what’s coming up so you can mark your calendar.
Albertville Lions Fish Fry
Fish, shrimp and fixin’s are available tonight, March 11, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at Albertville City Hall. This is always one of the biggest, best fish fries of the season, so don’t miss out. Supplies are limited.
Albertville Lions Easter Egg Hunt
The Lions are back at it next week with their annual Easter Egg Hunt, also held at city hall in Albertville. Kids will be divided into age groups and prizes will be limited. There will be photo opportunities, crafts and coloring and pictures with the bunny. The event starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 19.
Otsego Easter Egg Hunt
Ostego Parks and Rec and the Otsego Parks Commission team up for its annual Easter Egg Hunt at Prairie Center, located at 8899 Nashua Avenue, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eggs will be hidden around the park (and replenished often by some of the bunny’s helpers), and there will be plenty of fun give-aways, including a drawing for a new bike! The bunny will be on hand, as well. The hunt is outdoors, with some events inside. For more information, check out the Otsego Parks website.
Hanover Easter Egg Hunt
The second annual Easter Egg Hunt in Hanover is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, March 26 at Hanover City Hall. Eggs will be hidden and there will be fun and games for all ages. It’s the last one of the season, so you don’t want to miss this hunt.
