Traffic is tangled and multiple first responders are on scene after a semi truck and trailer jackknifed on Interstate 94 westbound near Monticello, causing a multiple car accident.
Cars were scattered on the westbound lane of the freeway, and traffic was halted past the County Road 18 exit (near Target) after the accident, which happened before noon on Thursday, Feb. 4.
Any injuries at this point are unknown. The Minnesota State Patrol is on scene and will handle any reports.
