St. Michael Catholic Church is bringing the STMA community together once again to shake off the winter “blahs” and have a little fun.
Here’s a looks at what’s in store.
First, the church raffle. Ticket price is $10 each. The 2016 grand prize has increased to $2,000, 2nd prize is $750 and 3rd prize $500. Also enclosed is one ticket for a quilt raffle, which is new this year.
Hold these dates on your calendar!
Saturday, January 30th:
- Spaghetti dinner will follow the 5:00 p.m. Mass in the gathering space. After last year’s great dinner reviews we decided not to mess with success.
- Bake sale open after 5 p.m. Mass. Please bring your baked goods to gathering space on Saturday, any time after 8:00 a.m., or the morning of Sunday, Feb. 15th.
- Adult 500 Card Tournament in the gathering space starting about 7:30 p.m.
- New this year – Cribbage Tournament also starting about 7:30 p.m.
- Main Raffle on sale.

Sunday, January 31st:
- Bake sale following the Sunday morning Masses. Bring your baked goods.
- Chili & Soup Contest starting after 10:30 Mass. in the gathering space. Taste the great recipes from our parishioners! You get to vote for the best soup and chili.
- Bingo and Meat Raffle begin at 1:30 p.m. in the gathering space. Play coveralls for half the take.
- New this year – 10 of the bingos are for a homemade quilt. We will also run double meat raffles – two winners per round! Food and refreshments will be served.
