Another online media and news publishing group is recognizing the St. Michael-Albertville School District as one of the tops in Minnesota via a list published on OnlyInYourState.com.
STMA ranked 17th out of the top 20 according to the site, wich ranked the forerunners in Minnesota for K-12 education.

“A quality education is easy to find in Minnesota,” the site states. “Among these cities and districts are some superstars that are ranked high in national standings.”
District 885 Superintendent James Behle said “it’s gratifying to see STMA ranked with schools like Minnetonka, Edina and Eden Prairie who have a long tradition of excellence.”
The recognition is the latest in a line of honors for STMA. Nice Rankings placed STMA at 17th out of the top 100 districts in Minnesota, and US News and World Report ranked St. Michael-Albertville High as one of the bronze award winners, making it one of the tops in the country according to the magazine, which has been honoring high schools for more than two decades.
