Drug, Alcohol Violations Land Wright County Residents in Jail

The latest sentences from Wright County District Court.

Here are the latest sentences handed down in Wright County District Court, according to information provided by the county attorney’s office:

Nance Jean Autio, 35, of Brooklyn Park, sentenced on Oct. 1 for Felony Violation of No Contact Order to a stay of imposition for five years, serve 42 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, have no contact with victim or victim’s residence, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, complete Batterer’s Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced for Probation Violations for Gross Misdemeanor Domestic Assault to 42 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Strand.

David Edward Butenhoff, 24, address unknown, sentenced on Oct. 3 for Felony Theft by Check to 15 months prison, provide DNA sample.  Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Vinson Charette, 37, of Minneapolis, sentenced on Oct. 7 for Probation Violations for Felony Theft to 60 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

WrightCoCourtMelinda Ann, Cunningham 34, of Monticello, sentenced on Oct. 6 for Gross Misdemeanor Second Degree DWI to 365 days jail; 344 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 21 days jail, pay $75 public defender co-payment, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Phillip Gregory Johnson, 26, address unknown, sentenced on Oct. 7 for Probation Violations for Gross Misdemeanor Assault in the Fifth Degree to 365 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Evan Eugene Kincaid, 20, of Buffalo, sentenced on Oct. 6 for Probation Violations for Simple Robbery to 30 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Joseph Dale Knase, age 22, of Monticello, sentenced on Oct. 7 for Probation Violations for Felony Theft to 30 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Jeffrey Thomas Lundquist, 39, St. Michael, sentenced on Oct. 3 for Felony Terroristic Threats to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, obtain permission before leaving the state, attend a support group and verify attendance, pay restitution, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, complete Batterer’s Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, remain medically compliant, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, stay away from victim’s residence, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Christian Ubadigbo Mbanefo, 56, of Otsego, sentenced on Oct. 3 for Probation Violations for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 335 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Bloomquist.

Kathleen Elizabeth Sandstrom, 31, of Maple Lake, sentenced Oct. 6 for Probation Violations for Felony First Degree DWI to 180 days jail.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Bradley Dallas Thomas Jr., 28, of Elk River, sentenced on Sept. 26 for Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, complete anger management program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Joshua Joseph, Whalen 29, of Albertville, sentenced on Oct. 3 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $400 fine; 363 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 2 days jail, pay $400 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain a diagnostic evaluation and follow all recommendations, serve 28 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Bloomquist.
