So many people focus only on their weight as an indicator of their health, but really there is so much more, and they all affect each other. Check where you are on this list of The Foundations of Health:
- Healthy eating, including vitanutrient support
- Healthy weight and a normal waist size
- An active lifestyle, including a daily activity program, strength conditioning, flexibility and agility
- Recuperative sleep
- Relaxation
- A microenvironment of health (example – do you use filtered water in your home?)
- Well-being, including social activities, limited stress, a sense of purpose and meaning, spiritual health, and personal fulfillment
- A support system
