The Wright County Sheriff’s Office has reported the following arrests in the North Wright County surrounding area for the week of Sept. 15.
All those named have been arrested and charge, and all are expected to appear on charges in Minnesota District Court.
Sept. 15
Christopher Michael Day, 37, of Montrose, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.
Katie Lee Leon-Ortega, 30, of St. Michael, was arrested in Washington County on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.
Anthony Nathanial Durbin, 19, of Monticello, was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
Cindy Kay Davison, 63, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for a probation violation.
David Robert Boyle, 27, of Buffalo, was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation.
Adam George Rising, 22, of Monticello, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for interfere with a 911 call.
Sept. 16
Joann Carolyn Thomas, 71, of Cannon Falls, was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for DWI.
Lane Scott Chandler, 42, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Tanner Lee Peterson, 23, of Becker, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 3rd degree assault.
Sept. 17
Zachary Joel Peterson, 21, of Otsego, was arrested in Buffalo on a St. Louis County warrant for violation of an order for protection.
Hans Zdenko Sotres, 43, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego on the charge of domestic assault.
Sept. 18
Relaun Morris Lee Smith, 23, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for a probation violation.
Jeremy Cromwell Phyle, 33, of Kimball, was arrested in Monticello on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Lori Ann Hall, 51, no permanent address, was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for disorderly conduct.
Brandon Ernest Lee, 31, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo on an Anoka County warrant for 3rd degree DWI.
Derrick Dwayne Skipper, 28, of St. Paul, was arrested in Otsego on a Wright County warrant for domestic assault.
Michael Lee Konrad, 45, of Moose Lake, was arrested in Moose Lake on a Wright County warrant for terroristic threats.
Ashley Ann Schlichting, 23, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Stearns County on a Wright County warrant for theft.
Sept. 19
Zachary Jon VanNett, 22, of South Haven, was arrested in Corinna Township on a 5th degree controlled substance violation.
Brett Shula Gagnier, 21, of Coon Rapids, was arrested in Anoka County on a Wright County warrant for 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
Sept. 20
Brian Dean Phoenix, 48, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello on the charge of interfere with privacy.
George Thomas Holmes, 41, of Waite Park, was arrested in Monticello Township on the charges of 1st degree DWI, test refusal and driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Tracey Dennis Habiger, 36, of Monticello, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for 5th degree controlled substance violation and a Hennepin County warrant for false name to police officer.
Jody Rae Stark, 27, of Annandale was arrested in South Haven on the charge of domestic assault.
Kyle Joseph Grunewald, 34, of Buffalo, was arrested in Monticello on the charge of 3rd degree DWI refusal to test.
Donavon Wayne Baity, 36, of Buffalo, was arrested in Rockford Township on the charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
Sept. 21
Cassandra Faye Janisch, 44, of Annandale, was arrested in Annandale on the charges of domestic assault and criminal damage to property.
Jason William Bartelsen, 33, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello on the charge of domestic assault by strangulation.
Madalyn Carey Thompson, 19, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello on the charges of 5th degree controlled substance violation and underage possession of alcohol.
Zachary John Horstman, 20, of Litchfield, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for fleeing a police officer.
Travis Paul Christ Padgett, 26, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello on a MN Department of Corrections warrant for parole violations.
Sept. 22
Shawn Conrad Tregoning, 23, of Elk River, was arrested in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for possession of burglary tools.
Wright County deputies also reported 36 property damage accidents, eight personal injury accidents, five Hit and Run Accidents and eight car vs. deer accidents. Also, there were two arrests for DWI, and Underage Consumption arrests and 50 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
