St. Michael mom and yoga instructor (Yogi) Jennifer Derham is at it again, this time expanding her yoga repertoire into the field of publishing.
The “completely new” venture for Derham, who works part time for the Anoka School District as well, will launch in Spring 2015 with the first issue of “Minnesota Yoga” Magazine.
MN Yoga Magazine describes itself as Minnesota’s only yoga and wellness magazine.
“We will feature local studios and instructors, events, nutrition, product reviews, travel, and wellness articles,” Derham said.
“Our mission is to be a local resource to make yoga and wellness more accessible to others. Our first issue comes out April 1. We are currently accepting nominations to feature local instructors and studios. We are free and seasonal magazine.”

Derham also launched Blue Lotus Yoga Retreats with pal Erica Gindele’s assistance earlier this year, a firm that will take yoga enthusiasts to destinations such as Sedona, Arizona (coming in October), or the Pacific beaches of Mexico (in January of 2015).
Blue Lotus Yoga Retreats was also showcased at the Minneapolis Yoga Conference earlier this spring, as well. You can find more information about Blue Lotus on their Facebook site, or on the recently launched website.
