Michael KarlBerzins, age 29, of Delano, sentenced Sept. 14 for Felony Check Forgery to 20 months prison, pay restitution, provide DNA sample. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.
Carlos Douglas Cain, age 23, of Princeton, sentenced on Sept. 3 for Probation Violations for Felony Burglary in the First Degree to 30 days jail. Sentenced for Probation Violations for Felony Terroristic Threats to 30 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Davis.
Justin James Cronquist, age 26, of Brainerd, sentenced on Aug. 22 for Gross Misdemeanor Interfere with a 911 Call to 365 days jail; 275 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 90 day jail, pay $75 public defender co-payment, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, complete Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, have no contact with victim, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency evaluation, have no same or similar violations.
