Multiple law enforcement agencies are on the scene at Albertville’s Premier Banks location Friday, Sept. 12 after a man robbed the branch around 12:45 p.m.
Wright County Sheriff’s Office deputies, Minnesota State Patrol and the FBI were investigating by 2 p.m., and were interviewing nearby business owners and customers after the suspect approached a teller.
“No one ever saw a gun, but it was implied that he had one,” said Sgt. Rebecca Howell of the WCSO.
Hennepin County Deputies were on the suspect’s trail, Howell said.
“It’s still all in development,” she added, as fellow officers processed the scene.
North Wright County Today will have more as the story develops and information is released.
The bank was robbed back in 2011 by the so-called “Man in Black.”
