Sheriff’s Office Seeks Missing Wright County Man

August 27, 2014 By Mike Schoemer

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in tracking down a 25-year-old Wright County man who was reported missing earlier this week.

Christopher Michael Rossing has not been seen or heard from since he left work in Maple Plain at approximately 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22 in Maple Plain, according to a release issued by the WCSO Wednesday, Aug. 27.

Rossing was expected to meet with friends in the Norwood-Young America area Friday night, but did not show up. Rossing normally frequents “hangouts” in that area, as well as Watertown, according to friends interviewed by the Sheriff’s Office Investigations.

It’s believed Rossing may have been in the Howard Lake area some time on Friday night after leaving work. Witnesses interviewed after Rossing went missing said he was last seen after closing time at Troubles Bar in Howard Lake.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rossing, who is of medium build, has dark hair and dark eyes, should contact the WCSO non-emergency line at 763-682-1162
