The second annual Harvest of Hope Gala, a fundraising event which helps Options for Women | Cornerstone of St. Michael provide free services to women facing unexpected pregnancies, will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the Classic Hall event center in Annandale, MN. Social hour and silent auction begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.
Cottage Gourmets will be delighting guests with slow roasted beef, apple roasted pork, smashed baby red potatoes, confetti style corn seasoned with red bell peppers and parsley, a mixed green salad tossed with apples and fresh cranberries, and fresh baked loaves of honey wheat and cranberry rosemary bread served with flavored butter. Seasonal pastry and pies will fill dessert tables and a cash bar will be available.
