July 14, 2014 By Mike Schoemer

A 70-year-old Monticello man was identified Monday afternoon by the Minnesota State Patrol as the victim in a fatal two-car accident that unfolded during the morning commute on Highway 241 in St. Michael.

David Larson, 70, of Monticello was the passenger in a 200o Toyota Camry driven by Vincent Villavicencio that was broadsided by a Ford F150 truck driven by 54-year-old Bruce Plante of Buffalo at the intersection of O’Day Avenue Northeast and the highway, just northeast of Interstate 94.
