The St. Michael Library is hosting the following events in the upcoming weeks:
Don B Comedy and Magic Show – June 24
Children and families are invited to enjoy an energetic show of juggling, magic, circus and comedy with national unicycling champion Don Bursell at the St. Michael Public Library on Tuesday, June 24, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Don’s goal is to instill a love of reading in his audience while making them laugh ‘til it hurts! This program is funded in part with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. The attendance limit is 75 and registration is required.
Experiment with Nature – July 1
Children ages 3 to 12 are invited to Experiment with Nature in a program at the St. Michael Public Library on Tuesday, July 1, at 1:00 p.m. It will be presented by staff from St. John’s Outdoor University. Children will learn how to be a naturalist through hands-on activities. The attendance limit is 30 and registration is required. This event is sponsored by the St. Michael Friends of the Library.
Dazzling Dave’s Yo-Yos – July 8
Yo-Yo master Dazzling Dave will be at the St. Michael Public Library on Tuesday, July 8, at 3:30 p.m. He will give a performance of magical tricks certain to entertain children and teens. He has been a yo-yo champion and professional performer since 1998. The attendance limit is 60 and registration is required. This program is funded in part with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
