The Wright County Attorney’s Office announced the following sentences, handed down in Wright County District Court:
Matthew David Bettridge, 23, Buffalo, sentenced May 19 for Felony Theft to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete cognitive skill training, pay restitution, have no contact with victim, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.
William Joseph Daiker, 54, Buffalo, sentenced on May 12 for Gross Misdemeanor Third Degree DWI to 365 days jail, $500 fine; 305 days stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, serve 90 days on electronic home monitoring, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
Eric Alonzo Grover, 38, Buffalo, sentenced May 19 for Felony Terroristic Threats to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete domestic abuse treatment and follow all recommendations, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order/no contact order, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no contact with victim, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for Misdemeanor Assault in the Fifth Degree to 60 days jail, concurrent, pay restitution, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.
Bruce Allen Hill, 51, of Maple Lake, sentenced May 9 for Felony Assault in the Second Degree to a stay of execution for seven years on conditions of probation, serve 90 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for Probation Violations for Felony Terroristic Threats and Misdemeanor Domestic Assault to 90 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
Mark Allan Kotilinek, 49, Rockford, sentenced on May 9 for Probation Violations for Felony Harassment to 180 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Davis.
Cristian Lozano, 20, Monticello, sentenced on May 8 for Misdemeanor Domestic Assault to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 87 days, $900 stayed for one year on the conditions of probation, serve 3 days jail, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, complete Batterer’s Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations.
