St. Michael native and Wright County Sheriff Joe Hagerty is inviting residents to come to the Wright County Law Enforcement Center, located off Highway 25 and Braddock Avenue NE, just north of Buffalo, for an Open House event Friday, June 6.
The event at 3800 Braddock Ave. NE will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and feature K-9 demonstrations with Saber, a tour of the facility, a look inside the cruisers and trucks used by patrol deputies, and much more.

Hagerty said he’s often trying to find new ways to make the department, from dispatchers to deputies, more open and transparent to the public. The WCSO welcomed media to an open house at the LEC about two years ago. This is the first public open house at the center since it opened more than five years ago.
