U.S. Water Services, Inc., announced the acquisition of Water Chemical Service, Inc (Waterchem) recently.
A provider of water treatment chemical and engineering services for the Eastern United States, U.S. Water’s acquisition includes the corporate headquarter and production facility in Aberdeen, Maryland, and surrounding sales territories.
It extends the St. Michael-based company’s footprint to the East Coast for the first time in the company’s history.
