Eli Guillou, a 2013 graduate of St. Michael-Albertville High School, is known community-wide for his work behind the lens of his trusty camera.
A member of the “KBNG” crew, Guillou did promotions for nearly every sport and activity at the school during his time at the high school, and branched out into video production on a PSA campaign for distracted driving that wound up earning him a spot on television during the famed MTV Music Awards.
Now a student at Columbia CollegeĀ in Chicago, Guillou has completed a documentary on former high school mate and friend Elli Hoffmeister, who is battling Juvenile Hutington’s Disease.
Now a junior, Elli’s family has made headlines locally thanks to their amazing spirit, and the tremendous response from the surrounding community with fundraisers like a local kickball tournament and a night at Cherry Berry in Rogers, for example.
Learn more about JHD, Elli, and the “Help for Today, Hope for Tomorrow” campaign with those surrounding Elli and the Hoffmeister family at AllForElli.com.
