Cue Gene Autry (or, if you prefer, Aerosmith) ‘cause I’m back in the saddle!
I am honored to have been asked by Mike Schoemer to continue blogging on legal issues for his new online news publication, the North Wright County Today! Some readers of NWCT may already know me, but allow me to take a few moments to re-introduce myself.
I am an attorney/shareholder of the Minneapolis law firm of Lommen Abdo Cole King & Stageberg, P.A., and a resident of Albertville since 2006. I practice in the areas of business formations, business transactions, real estate law, estate planning and probate law. My clients represent a diverse array of businesses and business owners including real estate agents, developers and investors, title companies, restaurant operators, manufacturing companies, franchised businesses, retired professional athletes and yes, a cadre of breweries, brewpubs and distilleries.
