It’s never to early to dream about harvesting fresh vegetables from you’re very own garden, right?
Even if your plot is still under 18 inches of snow and slush.
Check out STMA Community Ed’s class, a master gardener will cover the basics of growing your own vegetables. Whether it’s in containers, raised beds, or just a plot of ground in your yard, growing vegetables is easier than you think and very rewarding.
The class will cover planning, soil, seeds, watering, fertilizing, pest control in an hour-long session. Be prepared to learn how much fun you can have digging in the dirt and harvesting the fruits of your labor.
Veggie Gardeneing is taught by Julie Peil, an 11-year Wright County Master Gardener, who has been vegetable gardening for over 20 years.
