Barbara Gully Irvine, 80, of Hanover and retired to Mound, and passed away Wednesday, October 1st, 2014.
Born and raised in Lidgerwood, North Dakota, Barbara was the mother of 10 children, grandmother to four.
She served as the mayor and a council member for The City of Hanover, and as a Board member on The Wright County Human Service Board.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at The St. Michael Catholic Church, 11300 Frankfort Parkway N.E., St. Michael. Reception to follow at the church. Interment will be 10 a.m. Thursday, October 9th at . at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Lidgerwood, North Dakota.

Michael Newman, 55, St. Michael, died Sept. 25, 2014 in his home. A memorial service for Michael was held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at The Peterson Chapel, St. Michael. A visitation was offered one hour prior to service at the chapel.
Mike and his wife, Krista, owned and operated Newman Brick & Stone, Inc. for 14 years in St. Michael, He is preceded in death by his father, Wallace Newman, sisters, Sally Nordstrom and Nancy Anderson & mother-in-law, Bernie Weis.
Michael is survived by his wife, Krista Newman; mother, Betty A. Newman; brothers, Doug and Tom Newman; father-in-law, Kenneth & Bev Weis; also survived by an aunt and uncle, nieces, nephews and many friends.
